Saturday:

  • Lunch - 200 grams of fruit salad;
  • Dinner - 200 grams of grilled meat and salad.

Sunday:

  • Lunch - tomato, orange and 250 grams of cooked chicken fillet;
  • Dinner - 250 grams of vegetable stew.

2 weeks

The second week will delight dieters with the opportunity to have alternative foods for breakfast. You can use grapefruit, orange or pineapple. But no one dropped the boiled egg.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday:

  • Lunch - 200 grams of cooked lean meat, salad;
  • Dinner - a pair of eggs, an orange. You can add parsley or dill.

Thursday:

  • Saturday: 400 grams of chicken fillet, vegetable stew, 200 grams of fat-free cottage cheese.
  • Sunday: a box of tuna, 400 grams of vegetable salad, an orange, a slice of rye bread.
